These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to perform services for us and are expected to protect it appropriately. Cross-border transfers (for example, to the United States for cloud hosting or payment processing) may occur; we take steps to ensure comparable protection where required.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Order records are typically retained for seven years unless a longer period is required by law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and secure payment handling through Square. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

  • Request deletion where we have no lawful reason to retain it.
